The Digital Enquirer Kit Youth is a self-study course that teaches children and youth how to identify misinformation, find, gather, and analyze reliable information online, and share it all in a secure way.

The DEK Youth is a condensed and child-friendly version of its parent course, the Digital Enquirer Kit, which is available on atingi.

What is atingi?

Atingi is a digital learning platform that was developed by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. By offering free e-learning courses on digital skills, governance and democracy and various other topics, atingi is meant to equip its learners with knowledge and skills to improve their living conditions and add value to their communities.
